We require a Retainer Fee for all Tenant Brokerage Clients. Our fee is a standard $250 for residential Tenant Brokerage representation. The Retainer Fee may be credited to your rental transaction if you rent a property. Our minimum fee is $500 total. You should only remit this payment once you have reviewed and signed the Exclusive Tenant Brokerage Agreement. This fee is non-refundable.
