NOTICE: ALL TENANTS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF RENTER'S INSURANCE WITH A LIABILITY AMOUNT OF NOT LESS THAN $100,000. ALL POLICIES MUST ADDITIONALLY CARRY THE HOME OWNER AS "ADDITIONAL INSURED" ON THE POLICY DURING THE TERM OF THE LEASE.
Administrative Fee: $50 Primary Applicant & $25 each additional Applicant age 18+
