Optimal service and results is what we offer our Clients as your real estate Broker. Our professional tenure as a State of Georgia licensed real estate Broker guarantees you are represented with the highest level of ethics, fiduciary duties, and service you can trust.
With this in mind, it is our policy to ensure our Clients are serious and dedicated to pursue a common goal with the purchase or leasing of real property in Georgia. As a part of your commitment as the Buyer or Tenant in your real estate transaction, The Home People Realty requires a Retainer Fee at the time of signing your Buyer's Brokerage Agreement or your Tenant Brokerage Agreement. The state of Georgia requires that a Broker establishes "Agency" with Clients whom the Broker represents. There are two descriptions of "Agency" which are EXCLUSIVE and NON-EXCLUSIVE.
Our Retainer fees are listed below for the types of "Agency" we offer. The Retainer Fee is CREDITED to you at closing in the event you complete your purchase or rental transaction. In the event you do not complete your purchase or rental transaction, the Retainer Fee is non-refundable. It is our goal that you understand as professional licensed real estate professionals, we only earn compensation via commission when a Client completes a transaction. Many hours of labor and applied expertise is invested by our licensed Agents, typically at no cost to the Buyer or Tenant. The property Owner, its Broker or the Landlord or its Broker usually pays to our Broker a commission on successfully closed transactions. This is when you will receive your invested Retainer Fee as a credit.
